The cape is a classic costume accessory and can be used as part of a number of different Halloween costumes such as witches, vampires, and magicians. This cape can also be used as an affordable cape for Victorian period shows as well as for carolers in Charles Dickens’s “A Christmas Carol”. Cape is made of polyester and has a 4” stand-up foam collar. The full-length cape is available in black or red and measures 56” in length.
